Our pre-qualification process allows you to quickly gauge how much funding you are eligible to receive for your real estate investment project. In addition to the information on the Investment Property (Properties), We will require you to provide the following information:
- Your experience in real estate investing. (how many documented fix-n-flips have you completed in the last 36 months/how many investment properties do you currently own? How long have you owned them)
- Total amount of money available to invest in your real estate projects.
- Your overall credit profile.
- Your total annual income.
DSCR is calculated by the following simple formula:
DSCR = Monthly Gross Income/ PITIA*
*Principal, Interest, Taxes, Insurance and Association Fees.
